How do I cancel or change my appointment?

CancerIQ cannot schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments on behalf of patients. Appointment details are managed directly by your healthcare provider.

If you need to update your appointment:

  1. Contact your healthcare provider’s office directly. 
    They can assist with rescheduling, cancellations, or confirming appointment information.
  2. Check any communication you’ve received from your provider. 
    Many clinics include a direct phone number, scheduling link, or patient portal for managing appointment details.

If you’re not sure which provider’s office to contact, refer to the email or message you received about your appointment—your provider’s name or clinic should be listed there.
