- After selecting the diagnosis, you can choose from age ranges to provide an estimate of when a family member was diagnosed instead of providing exact ages.
If you are not sure of the diagnosis of a family member:
- We recommend you select the “Other” option from the list of cancer types and discuss with your provider at your upcoming appointment.
