Once a CancerIQ survey has been submitted, the responses cannot be edited directly. However, your survey can be reset so you can update or correct your information.
Options for resetting your survey
You can choose one of the following:

Reset the entire survey
This option clears all responses and allows you to start the survey from the beginning. -
Reset specific modules
This option clears only the sections you would like to update, while keeping the rest of your responses intact.
How to request a reset
If you need your survey reset, please contact CancerIQ Support and specify whether you prefer:
- a full survey reset
- a reset of only certain modules.
Our team will process your request and notify you once your survey is ready to be completed again.
